Why do smoke alarms keep chirping?

Smoke alarms can chirp for several reasons:Chirp every 30 to 60 secondsLow BatteryA chirp every 30 to 60 seconds usually indicates a low battery. Whether your smoke detector runs on batteries or is hardwired with a battery backup, promptly replace the battery. If you’ve already replaced the battery and the chirping persists, consider other factors.
Chirp every 1 to 2 hrsWifi DropoutIf your alarm chirps every few hours, it could be due to the alarm reconnecting itself.Try repairing your alarm or positioning the master alarm in a central location.
Chirp every 1 to 7 DaysWifi reconnectingThis behavior is normal for some alarms.
Other ChirpingSometimes, dirt or insects can interfere with the sensor, leading to false alarms. To address this:Dust and Vacuum: Regularly clean the smoke detector to remove dust and debris.

Faulty Alarm: If the alarm itself is faulty, it can cause the alarm to chirp as well.
