  • Immediate FREE replacement of any alarm found to be faulty (all brands)*
  • Immediately resolve issues at properties where a smoke alarm system upgrade has been done incorrectly or using faulty products by replacing or installing new equipment FREE of charge.
*Condition: Free replacement of faulty alarms only applies when the alarm is less than 5 years past its expiry date.
