A rapid response to critical safety issues

Properties often have issues with faulty circuits, safety switches and powerpoints. This is potentially dangerous for occupants. Below are some red flags that should be rectified.
Amp test not tripping circuit
If an amp test of the powerpoints does not trip the circuit there could be a problem with the wiring or the safety switches.
Power tripping cause unknown
If the circuits are tripping unexpectedly this could indicate faulty applicances, powerboards or possibly an issue with the circuit.
Switch not tripping when tested
If a safety switch does not trip when phyisically tested this usually indicates a fault with the safety switch.
Sparks or smoke at powerpoints
If there are sparks or smoke emerging from a powerpoint this could indicate a faulty switch or wiring.

These are all issues that need an immediate solution

It is important that all properties have working safety switches to protect occupants from possible electrocution.
Lights and powerpoints need to have some form of protection by safety switch, preferably a separate switch for each circuit.
IDENTIFICATION
Our compliance service technicians are always on the lookout for faulty circuits or safety switches. When they identify these quotations to rectify the problem are issued to the property owner or manager immediately.
RECTIFICATION
Our Electrical Contractors are on hand to replace safety switches or rectify circuit problems causing safety switches to not trip.
