Our story started in 2014...

we started building software for smoke alarm companies. But early in our development our path changed and we became a service provider. We have enjoyed rising to the challenge of controlling the chaos of compliance related issues experienced by property managers. We also have a very keen interest in assisting people in making their homes safer. Human safety is definitely at the core of our mission.

The best way to start is to book a 20 minute consultation with one of our experts so we can determine whether we will work well toegether.

Choose annual package

Then you will need to decide which of our highly valuable and comptititive packages will be best for your Property Management business and your Landlords.

10 minute integration

Once you have agreed to engage our services we set up a software integration. We only offer integration for particular Property Manager software. If we cannot integrate then you will need to send us some initial data and then then work orders moving forward.

It takes us 24 hours to import your data and set up all of our comminucation tools. So really you can sit back and enjoy a cup of tea while you watch us take control of the compliance issues you have previously experienced.

    One thing I can say about Check Systems is they are very thorough. It was really important for us that we engaged a company that checked smoke alarms, safety switches and corded blinds at the same time because it can become more expensive than need be if separate trades are sent for each component. It has been really good to get a complete outline of what bind cords need adjusting, which safety switches are faulty and when there are issues with smoke alarms. They even tell us what alarms are approaching expiry in the coming months so we can prepare for replacement well in advance to landlords being exposed to any risk.
