Our story started in 2014...
we started building software for smoke alarm companies. But early in our development our path changed and we became a service provider.
We have enjoyed rising to the challenge of controlling the chaos of compliance related issues experienced by property managers. We also have a very keen interest in assisting people in making their homes safer. Human safety is definitely at the core of our mission.

The best way to start is to book a 20 minute consultation with one of our experts so we can determine whether we will work well toegether.

Then you will need to decide which of our highly valuable and comptititive packages will be best for your Property Management business and your Landlords.

10 minute integration
Once you have agreed to engage our services we set up a software integration. We only offer integration for particular Property Manager software. If we cannot integrate then you will need to send us some initial data and then then work orders moving forward.
