Our staff and contractors must display an excellent attitude in the way they present themselves and interact with customers. We promote a culture of integrity and direct our staff to be honest, polite and professional at all times while on duty.

TEAM
Our team dynamics have a real impact on the experience had by our customers and the overall performance of our team. We direct our staff and contractors to be supportive and respectful of each other. To help us maintain a high level of motivation and loyalty we are realistic about the pressures we place on our team. Our schedules are not overloaded and we encourage open communication at all levels of our organisation.
PERFORMANCE
Due to the nature of the work we do, it is absolutely critical that our reporting is accurate and detailed as well as rapid. We seek personnel that display attention to detail and the ability to focus over a long period of time in various conditions. All of our personnel must have an excellent understanding of the legislation and various regulations that form the basis of our reporting. They are skilled in light maintenance and are able to do basic installations and make adjustments in properties where required.
